Meribel Piste Bash Festival 2016
The second week of live music and Spring apres ski parties
In case the Spring Party in Meribel this week isn’t enough to get you excited, then hopefully you’ll find something to get hyped about in the stellar line up of the ‘Piste Bash Festival’ that is taking place from 21st to 25th March.
There will be open air concerts, slopestyle events and club nights all over resort. Here’s a round up of some of the best.
Monday 21st March
Hobo Chic & Friends featuring Dr Syntax. The smooth tones of Hobo Chic will be joined by very special guest Dr Syntax bringing unique live looping effects to Lodge du Village at 10pm.
The Mouse Outfit featuring DJ Vision. Live music from this 3 piece band at O’Sullivans starting at 12.30am.
Tuesday 22nd March
Truthos Mufasa MC featuring Bubble and Crisp. Meribel’s favourite DJs will be joined by rapper Truthos Mufasa as well as other special guests at O'Sullivans from 12.30am.
Wednesday 23rd March
The Mouse Outfit featuring Bubble and Crisp. A very special après show with hip hop MCs, DJs and a spectacular visual show at the Rond Point from 5pm.
International Stand-Up Comedy with Henning Wehn & Glenn Wool. The inimitable Henning Wehn brings his unique German comedy styling to Lodge du Village accompanied by Glenn Wool. Starts at 9.30pm.
Too Many T’s featuring Coco & The Butterfields & DJ Danz at O'Sullivans.
Golden era hip hop from Too Many T’s with special guests. Doron Pub from 10pm.
Thursday 24th March
The Cuban Brothers and Petebox plus Special Guests. Massive outdoor party in the Chaudanne starting at 3pm.
International Stand-Up Comedy with Henning Wehn and Glenn Wool. Another chance to catch Henning and Glenn. This time at Meribar, 9.30pm.
Bubble and Crisp Silent Disco. Headphones on for a surreal night of DJs and visual displays at La Taverne from 10pm.
DJ Moneyshot & Cheeba featuring DJ Danz. If you are still in the party mood after the silent disco then head to O’Sullivans and carry on into the early hours. 12.30pm.
Friday 25th March
Live music – Maps. An après party at Lodge du Village headlined by Maps. Starts at 3pm.
Aleighcia Scott featuring DJ Kaya. Reggae, soul and R&B at Lodge du Village starting at 6pm.
Open Mic with Daisy B. 10pm at Scotts Bar.
Al Jones Allstars. An ensemble band featuring some of Meribel’s favourite musicians. 11pm at the Doron Pub.
Folie Time at O’Sullivans. The entertainment of the Folie Douce comes to O’Sullivans for one night only for a big party to bring the Piste Bash Festival to a close. 12.30am.
