Local ski racer Cara Brown has done it again, and not only has she defended her British woman's ski race title, she's also been crowned the Overall British Champion - again!

She told us yesterday:

"I have just finished competing at the Delancey British Alpine Championships in Tignes. I started the week with two 2nd places in Super G and a 1st and 2nd place in Downhill. In my worst discipline, slalom, I finished 4th British girl.

Finally in today's Giant Slalom I won the race and scored a second personal best result at 18 points!
My results through out the week allowed me to defend my British Ladies Champion title for the third year in a row and win the Overall British Champion title for the second time."
