The apartment door is on the first landing up from the garage or down from the front door and there is a large cupboard on the landing which is used for 'outside' coats and shoes.

The door opens onto a hallway which has the 'family' bathroom and a separate toilet with a small sink.

The kitchen/dining/living room is open plan. There is a built-in washer/dryer, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob and fridge with plenty of storage cupboards.

Opposite the kitchen is the dining area with a dining table and six chairs and doors to the very large deck and views across to the village centre and the Burgin Saulire mountain behind.

Past the kitchen is the living area with a two sofas and an armchair, coffee table and corner unit. There is a stone surround fireplace with a woodburner. To one side is the TV/DVD/WiFi router and to the other a radio/CD player. There are two further doors opening to the deck and windows all around the living dining area.

There is underfloor heating in the carpeted areas and a central heating system with thermostatically controlled radiators.

There is a parking lay-by for 3 cars opposite to the entrance to the underground garage under the chalet.
The garage door is electronically operated and there is a pedestrian door with a combination next to it. This is the entrance most used in the winter as whilst there are steps to the side of the garage leading to the 'proper' front door but these are usually covered with snow in the season.

At the back of the garage there is another combination locked door through to the ski lockers and caves and into the building.
