An 265sqm chalet in the heart of Les Allues, only 500 metres from the ski lifts and 100m from the nearest ski slope.

The chalet is characterised by traditional Savoyard wood in the heart of this savoyard village.

On the ground floor is a large living room which is particularly charming, spacious and has a wonderful log fire, ideal to settle down in front of with a well-earned drink at the end of the day in front of the wall-mounted TV or simply enjoy a good book.

There is a dining room with a large dining table and chairs for 16 guests, the kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tea and coffee making facilities. On this level is a guest WC.

Much of the winter it is possible to ski back almost to the door of your chalet via a gentle run through the trees.

There are 2 south facing balconies.
