Yes, you can... The best option is the direct Eurostar from London St Pancras to Moutiers which runs on Saturdays throughout the season. Alternatively, you can take a Eurostar train from London to Paris (Gare du Nord) and then change to an SNCF TGV train from the other side of Paris (Gare de Lyon) to Moutiers, usually with one change.
