Dump Alert for Meribel, France

Meribel Dump Alert: 13th March 2018

It snowed on and off for most of the day yesterday and things started to intensify last night. Since then, there’s been fairly constant light snowfall resulting in around 15cm lying at 2500m and 5 to 10cm at resort level.

With the freezing level expected to stay hovering between 1000m and 1500m today, there should be continued snow to most levels before the weather clears tomorrow.

Mark it in your diary – tomorrow is looking like one of those epic, bluebird-after-a-storm days. We’re then expecting yet more flurries through the week.
