- "Chalet Arolla is a magical place in a beautiful setting. In the evening one is welcomed into a warm, stylish and comfortable sitting room to enjoy drinks at the bar or lounging on the sofas. A delicious dinner is then served at the candlelit dining table. Lots of fun and laughter. Waking in the morning to a view of the mountains after a wonderful nights sleep and then a great shower. Breakfast, served by friendly staff, is another treat, enjoying the views, drinking coffee, planning the day ahead." - Customer Feedback
- "Stayed with a family group in March 2015. Absolutely brilliant. All bedrooms beautifully decorated and comfortable. Ours had a bath ensuite, others had showers. Fabulous living area. Each evening cocktails at the bar then sitting chatting and relaxing at the dining table eating delicious meals. Afterwards sinking into soft couches around the log fire. Great location to get kitted out and ski to the slopes and back again. After a hard day the outside hot tub is a great experience to ease the aches and pains. Overall, perfect in every way." - Customer Feedback
- "Chalet Arolla is a large, luxurious and secluded chalet. Regal dining facilities but with an intimate cosy area to enjoy post ski tea and glorious views. There was plenty of room to hold a large birthday party, making use of the extensive terrace. We skied from the chalet onto the piste, via neighbours gardens, and returned in the same manner when the side roads were covered. In any event the ski bus runs nearby and the nearest pub is just a stones throw." - Customer Feedback
- “We stayed in Chalet Arolla in January 2015. I loved the huge dining/sitting room which, with the large, soft sofas and log fire, was so cosy, the beds were comfortable, the bedrooms silent and the bathrooms flawless. I made use of the steam room (but not of the outside Jacuzzi) every evening to sooth my aching muscles. Peter’s cooking was delicious and the service by Leslie sublime. I also really enjoyed the ability to ski in and out without having to go near a bus or car. In short, everything was perfect.”
- "Truly splendid- a luxury place to stay coupled with the cosyness of a home. Exquisite taste and real duvets and even a sauna to relieve tired legs after a brilliant day skiing. Right on the slopes so no need to get the lift. Highly recommended. Six stars!" - Customer Feedback
