Altitude 1600 Chalet, Meribel - 1600
8 bedroom Chalet in Meribel. Sleeps 16.
This chalet is just 3 minutes walk from the Doron piste and 1 minute from the free ski shuttle bus stop that runs around resort.
This rustic chalet is one of the original stone building to be built in the valley when skiing began in Meribel back in 1949.
Decorated in a traditional style this authentic chalet has plenty of stone and wooden features. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area offers a large log fire place which you can relax beside after a day on the slopes.
The kitchen is fully equipped to self-cater including full-size oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.
For entertainment there is a TV and free WiFi access.
The chalet is also fitted with a washing machine for your convenience.
Sleeping
This chalet sleeps a maximum of 16 in eight bedrooms. The rooms are configured as follows:
- Bedroom 1: Twin with washbasin
- Bedroom 2: Twin with en-suite facilities
- Bedroom 3: Double with en-suite facilities
- Bedroom 4: Double with washbasin
- Bedroom 5: Bedroom with single bed and pull down bunk bed (for children only) with washbasin
- Bedroom 6: Bedroom with single bed and pull down bunk bed (for children only) with washbasin
- Bedroom 7: Quad room with two single beds and an adult sized bunk bed with washbasin
- Bedroom 8: Triple room with three single beds
There is an additional bathroom and separate WC.
Dining
This property is let on self-catering basis, however, this doesn’t mean you need to cook for yourself! There are a number of private chefs you can book who can prepare your meals for the full week or the odd night. Alternatively you could opt for a food delivery service.
