How the Privilège Ski Service works:

Prior to your arrival, reserve your equipment...

• Simply complete a reservation form (download from our web site) and return it to us by e-mail, fax or post. Alternatively we can arrange a convenient time to help you fill it in over the phone - this really helps us know exactly what you want and we then select the most appropriate equipment for you
• You can pay either upon reservation, upon delivery or at the end of your stay, the choice is yours
• Upon your arrival your equipment will be delivered to your holiday accommodation
• Our Professional Ski Technicians then check that everything fits
• We always bring extra boots to make sure we get the right fit!

During...

• Like to try different skis or boots? Just give us a call and we will come and exchange them, otherwise you can go to any of our partner stores. The staff will happily make exchanges (FOC)
• Like to try snowboard, snowblades, telemark or ski mountaineering? Let us know and we’ll deliver the kit the night before.
• Upon request, hire equipment can be serviced during the week at no extra charge.

After...

• At the end of your stay we collect the equipment from your ski room, giving you more time to do any last minute shopping or après-ski ! Can you think of an easier way to end a great week of skiing?
