It is snowing, yet again, in the Three Valleys! It started, very gently, at around 8pm last night with those very tiny flakes you get when it's cold. I assume it snowed on and off all night as we had 12cms of fresh snow by dawn, here in Le Praz at 1300 metres.

It's now snowing properly here in the Three Valleys. Big fluffy flakes have been falling since 11.30 this morning in Courchevel and the forecast from France Meteo is for 'neige forte', or heavy snow, all afternoon, evening and through until tomorrow morning.

At last! We've had our fingers AND toes crossed all weekend and, finally, we have woken up to snow covered pistes (we suspect it is around 10cm higher up).
