Evolution is open all year round and has become a firm favourite amongst locals and returning holiday makers. Nestled in next to Jacks Bar at the Chaudanne it's not always easy to spot, but once you find it you'll keep coming back!

The friendly staff always make you feel welcome and the food is great quality and value for money.  Open from 8.30am, you can kick off your day with the cheapest full English in town and check your email on the cyber cafe or free wifi - the homemade hot chocolate should not be missed!

At lunch time busy and bustling is the key; look out for the daily plat du jours & the legendary Bad Boy burger. For those with a smaller appetite the light bites menu has plenty of choice and the kids menu accompanied with colouring pencils and games will keep the kids entertained and fed for only 6.50 euros.

Après ski offers a refreshing change from the norm as you can get away from the live music, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and sample the smoothies, milkshakes, vin chaud, and large selection of alcohols on happy hour. Don't forget the large selection of board games for that alternative apres ski.

In the evening, the warm candlelit atmosphere in cosy surroundings is a must.  The a la carte menu is stunning and at 25 euros the set menu is great value. We recommend trying the second sitting as you can follow your dinner with 2for1 cocktails and if you stick around, the ever popular MojitO'clock.

Now that Spring is here, the menu has become more seasonal, with 8 new dishes for you to try out starting from Tuesday 27th March - so come and take a look and see what's new!

They also do a kid's menu for just 6.50 euros, with baord games and colouring in to keep them occupied between courses!

Evolution is a great place to linger until late if you want to stay away from the DJ's and bands and have a drink with friends in comfortable surroundings until 1.30am.
