Le Rond Point is a perennial favourite for both locals and visitors alike who head there for the live music and on-slope party seven evenings a week from 16:00 to 18:30. "The Ronnie" as it's known locally, is renowned for its high octane antics, free flowing toffee vodka and lively and enthusiastic bar staff.
Being high up on the sunny side of the valley, the terrace is a real sun trap and catches the last rays of the day, making a perfect end to a great day on the slopes. And even during snowy days, the party is guaranteed whatever the weather as their terrace features the biggest umbrella in France for you to boogie beneath.
Throughout the season, Le Rond Point plays host to a selection of the best bands and DJs in the Alps, from solo acts and folk duos to full head banging bands. They have two acts a day performing, beginning on the outside stage from 16:00 to 17:30 followed by the headliners performing inside from 17:30 to 19:00. Wednesdays and Fridays bring the biggest après of the week when local rockstar DJs Bubble + Crisp headline with their mix of energetic jazz funk and the Revolverlites, who (in their opinion) have become the best band in the Alps. This passion for music culminates in the six day "The Ronnie Loves Music" festival from March 17th which sees international acts descend on this bar in Méribel for an unforgettable party.
The bar serves all your favourite tipples with a good selection of draught and bottled beers, wine, champagne, spirits and soft drinks, as well as running regular drinks promos throughout the week. There is wifi available so you can post your fun après-ski photos right away to the envy of your friends.
An après-ski session at the Ronnie is an absolute must for any visit to Méribel and a guaranteed night to remember (albeit, perhaps a slightly blurry one!)
