Please note: the weather station is located in the upper part of the Meribel ski
area, at the top of the Tougnete (2434m) altitude at the same
place as our Panoramic webcam. The high wind speeds often
indicated reflect the fact that the weather station is located on
a windy ridge, and the temperatures here are often very much lower
than those in the resort or on the lower slopes.
