Winter returns to the Three Valleys : 19th March 2012
by Caroline Sayer | | published: 19th Mar, 2012It started snowing yesterday afternoon. Ten centimetres have fallen so far and big fat flakes are still falling in the resort. The green gardens have been covered up again and all the large piles of rather dirty snow still remaining in the resort have been given a coat of fresh white snow, making the resort seem much prettier.

The temperature has risen massively with minus 5C forecast for the summits today. It feels positively tropical in the resort compared with the temperatures of the past couple of weeks.
